Attractions, shopping, outdoor activities - everything you want to do and see in Didim is easily accessible - within walking distance, a short drive Didim is known for being a very walkable city with a compact downtown core, so you’ll likely find many of the places you want to go are just a short walk from your hotel. Hire car

Car rentals are available all over Altinkum but prices do vary.  Often you can make arrangements on the spot, but it's always good to have an advance reservation to assure you'll get the cheap rate and the car you want.

It's especially important to have a reservation if you want a car waiting at your arrival airport.  A valid driver's (driving) license. Normally you must have had your driver's license for at least a year before renting a car.

The cardinal rules of safety while driving in Turkey are: drive very defensively, avoid driving at night, and keep your emotions in check.

Some people will be unsure about the traffic laws also maybe a put off about driving on the other side of the road so this is why private care hire is a very good idea . Private car hire is available from most travel companies. Safe way to explore without big groups. Also you can go with your own time table for what you wish to do.
