3. PHOTOCOPY OF IDENTITY CARD.

4. PHOTOCOPY OF PASSPORT (PHOTOCOPY OF OLD SCHENGEN VISAS, IF AVAILABLE).

5. ROUND-TRIP FERRY TICKET (PURCHASED FROM AN OFFICIAL FERRY TICKET AGENT COMPANY).

6. PHOTOCOPY OF HOTEL RESERVATION IF GOING WITH ACCOMMODATION.

7. BANK ACCOUNT TRANSACTION STATEMENT (THE STATEMENT FROM INTERNET BANKING IS SUFFICIENT)
