Didim Beaches

Altinkum translated means “Golden Sands” – what an appropriate name! There are 3 Blue Flag Beaches, a prestigious, international award scheme which acts as a guarantee to tourists that a beach or marina they are visiting is one of the best in the world. They all slope gently and are very safe for families with children.
Beautiful slice of paradise off the beaten track.

Manastir Bay is a beautiful small beach off the beaten track and a little slice of paradise, with gorgeous sands. Accessibility can be difficult as it's along a dirt track opposite 3rd beach. This beach is mainly used by the locals as it's never as busy during the summer months as the other beaches. It has a cafe which serves drinks and snacks and you can also hire sunbeds. The sea is more choppy here with great waves for the children to play in. The water stays shallow for quite a stretch however there are no lifeguards. If you're looking for a quieter beach in the summer, this is definitely the place to head to.
