Basic accommodation, however they are well kept and very clean. The staff are efficient and speak very good english. The pool and surrounding area is well kept and there is alos a small paddling ppol suitable for infants and small children.The hotel is located very near the third beach area and a short walk from the funfair. The main beach area/sea front restaurants are about a 20 minute walk however if its too hot there is a regular dolmus (bus) service from the end of the adjacent road.

Me and family have stayed at Sultan a couple of times and had a fantastic time. Rooms are basic but very clean.Children love the pool which is kept very clean.
